The project “Creating NEBourhoods Together – Neuperlach” is one of six lighthouse projects for the New European Bauhaus (NEB) and was funded by the European Union with around five million euros. The aim was to transform Neuperlach into a sustainable, integrative and beautiful district for its citizens. By 2025, NEBourhoods had implemented innovative projects and methods that can be adopted and further developed within the Neuperlach action area.
We accompanied the project as the lead design studio over a period of three years, guiding it through all phases from concept to implementation. All results were consolidated in a comprehensive publication on the project and now serve as a handbook for transferability to other use cases.
